THE RUB is a dark and tender comedy series following long-time co-ed best friends Jo and Dana as they’re forced to stray from their friendship comfort zones and participate in events they’d much rather skip.
Jo and Dana share more than just asexual names, they both believe brutal honesty is the only way to live, even if it means being unliked or getting into trouble. Can a usually-heterosexual female and an omni-confused-sexual male be best friends? Meh. It’s easier than trying to make new friends.
